Perfect Binding

Perfect Binding is the process in which the inside pages of a publication are ground down and glued at the spine before a soft cover is attached. Afterward, the cover and pages are trimmed on the non-spine sides to produce a publication with a clean, “perfect” edge.

Buckle Folding

Buckle folders work by feeding the paper at high speeds until it can move no further; the reaction of the paper is to buckle creating a fold. Folding - Gluing

Our folder-gluer is a machine that takes a stream of flat open box material (called blanks) that has been produced by a die-cutter and transforms each box into a finished product by folding and gluing the boxes. This machine is designed to efficiently apply adhesive to surfaces such as paper, cardboard, or other materials.

Coil & Wire-O

This includes punching the printed material, inserting the coil, and cutting/crimping the ends of the coil. Wire-O Binding is similar to coil but uses metal wire instead of a plastic coil. The pre-formed metal binding wire has a narrow and wide end that comes together creating a closed seam, much like a zipper.
